We are very fortunate to partner with many great clients on awesome projects and one of our recent works is the new KettleHouse Brewery expansion to Bonner and the KettleHouse Amphitheater. The new 23,000 sq.ft. production facility is situated on 18 acres, complete with an outdoor Amphitheater in a setting like no other; right on the banks of the Blackfoot River.
KettleHouse and Logjam Presents teamed up with our team at TLI for the site design, including stormwater and on-site water/site development.
Our team was responsible for finding a treatment package that would work for wastewater at the new facilities. In order for us to provide the best solutions for the client, members of our team invested time learning about the craft brew industry by attending a brewer’s conference where learned more about their needs so we could bring the proper solutions to the table. Through this in-depth research, our team was able to come up with the most efficient and cost-effective solution for KettleHouse; purchasing a sewer system from Coeur d’Alene and moving it to Bonner. Additional work continues for the permanent on-site wastewater treatment solution for the Amphitheater based on usage data being collected.
The new brewing facility is set to produce approx. 20,000 barrels annually to begin with, with plenty of room to grow in the future. With the sold-out success of the Amphitheater and rapidly growing acclaim, we see only great things to come from this awesome project.
We are excited for KettleHouse and Logjam Presents and look forward to enjoying their delicious beer and amazing venue for years to come!
